Welcome to Goddess Graphics.
By purchasing a service, booking a consultation, or accessing any content from this website (goddessgfx.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Services

Goddess Graphics provides professional graphic design, web design, branding, and digital product services. All projects are customized to fit each client’s needs and aesthetic preferences.

 

2. Payments

• All payments are due in full before work begins, unless a payment plan or deposit structure has been agreed upon in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card and authorized buy-now-pay-later options such as Klarna and Afterpay.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Once work has begun, all payments become final and non-refundable, regardless of client dissatisfaction or cancellation.

 

3. Revisions

• Each package includes a set number of THREE free revisions as outlined in your service description or invoice.

• Additional revisions beyond that limit will incur an extra fee.

• Major design changes requested after approval of initial concepts may require a new project fee.

 

4. Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times vary depending on project complexity and communication.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing information, or unresponsiveness) may extend delivery timelines.

• Rush fees apply for expedited projects requested outside normal processing times.

 

5. Communication Policy

• All communication will occur via email or official business channels only.

• Clients are expected to respond within 48–72 hours during active projects.

• Failure to respond within 7 business days may result in project termination without refund.

 

6. Ghosting / No Contact Policy

If the client goes “ghost” (no response for over 7 business days) during any phase of the project:

• The project will be terminated.

• The client remains responsible for full payment of the total project amount.

• To restart, a new purchase will be required at full price.

 

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are not permitted once design work has started.

• Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of communication

  • Missed deadlines caused by the client

  • Creative differences after project concepts have been presented

 

8. File Delivery

• Final files will only be delivered once the project is paid in full.

• Goddess Graphics is not responsible for file loss after delivery. Clients are encouraged to back up all files immediately.

 

9. Copyright & Ownership

• All designs, concepts, and digital files remain the exclusive property of Goddess Graphics until the project has been paid in full.

• Upon full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights to the final approved design only (not drafts, concepts, or unused variations).

• Goddess Graphics retains the right to display and promote completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

• If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, all usage rights are immediately revoked.

• Should the client continue using any designs, files, or deliverables after initiating a chargeback or failing to pay, they will be held legally liable for copyright infringement and theft.

• In such cases, Goddess Graphics reserves the right to declare ownership of all materials, issue a DMCA takedown, and pursue legal and financial compensation for unauthorized use.

 

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate brand information, copy, and imagery.

• Communicate feedback clearly and promptly.

• Respect project boundaries and turnaround times.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project or result in cancellation without refund.

 

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving design services is considered a breach of this agreement.

• Goddess Graphics reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent claims or policy violations.

• Evidence of communication, contracts, and deliverables will be provided to payment processors as proof of service.

 

12. Digital Products

For digital items (e.g., templates, eBooks, mockups, downloads):

• All sales are final.

• Digital products are for personal or business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

Goddess Graphics is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of designs.

• Technical issues, printing errors, or web publishing malfunctions after file delivery.

 

14. Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. The updated version will always be available on this page with the most recent revision date.
