Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable call fee is required before scheduling. You are allowed to cancel 12 hours before the call. You are allowed to reschedule 48 hours before the call. No Call, No Shows results in a $10 upcharge. ALL CALLS ARE IN MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME. Please check your time zone ahead of time to be prepared for the call.
