Please note: your project will not start on the day of purchase. Turnaround times vary depending on the current project queue. If the designer’s schedule is fully booked, a specific turnaround cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, if you require expedited service, it is essential to discuss deadlines and turnaround times before purchasing.
Your turnaround time begins when the contract has been signed and ALL information for the project has been sent. The project will NOT begin even if partial information has been sent over (this includes images or other important details). The quality of our work requires time and we strive to give our clients the best work and service possible.
