A text-based logo is solely created with text only. No imagery or illustrations are included. 
An image-based logo is created with the use of illustrations, imagery, and other elements. Pixelated imagery and cartoons are not permitted. I will not accept Canva or Etsy logos as inspiration photos. 
 
The difference between a primary, secondary, and icon logo:
A primary logo is often the main and most detailed version of a company's logo, which may include the full company name, tagline, and additional design elements. It is typically used in larger formats, such as signage or letterheads.
A secondary logo is a simplified variation of the primary logo, designed for smaller applications like social media profiles, business cards, or merchandise. It usually retains the main elements of the primary logo but may exclude the tagline or intricate details.
An icon logo is the most simplified version of a logo, often consisting of just the company's symbol or a part of the primary logo. It is commonly used in small digital spaces, such as website favicons or app icons.
