Project

I, Alyssa Rahming, agree to provide graphic design services of the client's choice which is paid in full on the website.

I, Alyssa Rahming, agree to remain the sole provider for the term of this project. All work will remain unique, original, and free of any plagiarism.

Process

The Project above shall be conducted and delivered at the appointed deadline. The average turnaround time is mentioned in the product description and will be specified upon receiving all project information and contract signatures.

  • All fees and sales will be final and processed on the website prior to the start of any work and submitted under Goddess Graphics payment terms.

  • If the scope of work changes during the project's completion, additional costs may occur. Designer will submit any price changes to the client prior to beginning such tasks.

Order Placement + Turnaround Times

  • Projects do not begin the same day the order is placed unless project is a rush order. NOTE: If a rush order is placed on a day off or outside of business hours, the project will NOT begin until the following day.

  • Turnaround time varies with each project and is subject to change (be sure to read product description in full for more info). Turnaround time does not begin when the order is placed.

  • Your turnaround time begins when the contract has been signed and ALL information for the project has been sent. The project will NOT begin even if partial information has been sent over (this includes images or other important details).

  • The quality of our work requires time and we strive to give our clients the best work and service possible.

  • PLEASE NOTE: We do not work on holidays and outside of business hours. It is imperative that you understand our business hours when calculating turnaround times. Our business hours are as followed:

HOURS OF OPERATION (MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME):

  • Mon | Tue | Thurs | Fri: 9:00am-5pm MST

  • Wednesday: 10am-2pm MST

  • Sat: 12pm-3pm MST

  • Sun: CLOSED

Confidentiality

  • The Designer hereby acknowledges he/she may be involved in or become aware of information that relates to the client on a personal level including information related to the client's past, future, present, customer names, marketing plans, project information, and financial documents.

  • The Designer agrees to protect all the above information and keep any information obtained confidential.

  • However, the Designer will be permitted to display final work on their website, social accounts, or in promotional materials.

Client Approval

  • The Client will be notified and must approve any and all materials prior to project finalization and submission.

  • Furthermore, the Client will have permission to accept the work and request revisions if needed.

  • All projects are allowed up to two revisions after drafts are sent. The first round of drafts consist of approval for the overall concept and design, along with grammatical errors and minor corrections like adding or omitting elements or resizing. The second round of drafts is for minimal adjustments including added text or images, color adjustments, and or grammatical errors. If further revision is needed or the client would like an entirely new design, additional fees will apply. It is vital to thoroughly review all samples sent to avoid grammatical or technical issues. Please do not be afraid to ask questions during the revision phase!

Client Disapproval and Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds will not be issued due to client dissatisfaction, if concerns are not communicated promptly during the design process. It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear, timely feedback at each revision stage. Additionally, no refunds will be granted if the client becomes indecisive or changes their mind mid-project after design concepts have already been presented or work has commenced. Significant changes in direction may require an additional fee or a new project agreement. This will be decided by the designer. Both parties must come to full agreement before the change has been granted.

  • If the client develops new ideas or wishes to explore an entirely different design direction after receiving initial drafts or final revisions, a follow-up consultation is strongly recommended. This ensures clear communication about the new concept, pricing, and project scope before any additional work begins.

    • During the follow-up consultation, clients can share updated preferences, inspirations, or goals so that a fresh design plan can be properly created. Please note that new design requests outside the scope of the original agreement are not considered revisions and will be treated as a separate project requiring a new quote or invoice.

Project Completion

  • After final project completion, the designer is no longer obligated to any issues that may occur outside of our "Website Update" services.

  • It is advised to do your due diligence by researching to find the solution to any problems that may arise in the future.

Communication Policy

  • All communication will occur via email, text, consultation/follow up calls, or official business channels only.

  • Clients are expected to respond within 48-72 hours during active projects.

  • Failure to respond within 7 business days may result in project termination without refund.

Ghosting/No Contact Policy

  • If the client goes "ghost" (no response for over 7 business days) during any phase of the project:

  • The project will be terminated.

  • The client remains responsible for full payment of the total project amount.

  • To restart, a new purchase will be required at full price.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice (please read the penalties below). The client will only be given up to 48 hours to cancel the project/order or terminate the contract with a written notice and full refund. The order must be manually canceled by the designer. Lack of communication from the client within the 48 hour window, will result in order cancellation, project termination, and NO refund from the designer.

  • Please Note: The designer will reach out to the client a maximum of two times before proceeding with order cancellation. This allows clients the opportunity to continue the project.

Ghosting, No Contact, Lack of communication

  • Should the Client choose to go ghost or no contact during any phase of the project, the client will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total (revisions fees included) and will not receive a refund. The client will then have to repurchase and the project will restart.

  • Should the Client choose to terminate during any phase of the project with a written notice, the project will be placed on hold until the client is able to resume the project. If the project cannot continue for personal reasons, the client will remain responsible for full payment (special cases like this will be discussed further before a decision is made).

  • Should the Designer choose to cancel this project during any phase, the designer will be responsible for a FULL refund of all fees including revision fees.

Copyright and Ownership

  • All designs, concepts, and digital files remain the exclusive property of Goddess Graphics until the project has been paid in full.

  • Upon full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights to the final approved design only (not drafts, concepts, or unused variations).

  • Goddess Graphics retains the right to display and promote completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, all usage rights are immediately revoked.

  • Should the client continue using any designs, files, or deliverables after initiating a chargeback or failing to pay, they will be held legally liable for copyright infringement and theft.

  • In such cases, Goddess Graphics reserves the right to declare ownership of all materials, issue a DMCA takedown, and pursue legal and financial compensation for unauthorized use.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving design services is considered a breach of this agreement.

  • Goddess Graphics reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent claims or policy violations.

  • Evidence of communication, contracts, and deliverables will be provided to payment processors as proof of service.
